Brings PFM quality to the UK since 1987

PFM UK was founded in 1987. After establishing a leading role supplying flowrappers to the cheese industry the company has broadened its markets across food and non-food industries and over the last three years, expanded annually by more than 15 per cent.

Both the UK and Irish Republic are covered from the Leeds headquarters with sales and servicing for horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal machines, multi-head weighers, automatic feeders and further packaging lines built by group companies. After-sales service is carried out by specialised engineers, backed with a £400,000 spare parts holdig in Leeds, set up by PFM as part of its commitment to supplying parts in the shortest time possible. In addition, PFM UK staff are able to call on support from service engineers in PFM Italia.

Technical personnel undergo a programme of continuous training and product familiarisation in the UK and Italy while UK sales staff maintain regular visits and personal contact with the five Italian manufacturing companies: PFM SpA, MBP, BG Pack, SPS andPFmeccanica. PFM’s overall commitment to after-sales support was given public recognition in 2001 with the presentation of the UK’s PPMA Award of Excellence for Customer Service.
